So how did you go with your 30-Day Challenge? Did you complete it? If you did, excellent work! Contact me to claim your PRIZE (50-Minute Coaching Call to help you achieve your goals in 2018). All you have to do is to let me know about the challenge your completed and what you learned from it. This is a trust based system. I trust that you will be honest with yourself and with me. Also, it’s first come, first served, so contact me early before the three spots are all taken!
If you didn’t complete your 30-Day Challenge, I want you to still give yourself a pat on the back for trying. After all, even if you only did the Challenge for one or two weeks (or days!), that’s still better than nothing. So whatever you do, don’t beat yourself up. Save your time and energy to find out what didn’t work, change it, and try again.
By the way, it’s never too late to start your own version of the Challenge. If you think 30 days are too long, especially if you’ve never done something like this before, then you can pick a shorter period of time, say, 7 days, 10 days or 21 days. After you’ve completed the 7/10/21 days, you then have the option to build on your success by extending it further.
Like I mentioned before, don’t underestimate the the power of small goals and small successes – they will contribute to your bigger goals or dreams while at the same time build your confidence and momentum. Small things are easy to do, but they are also easy not to do because we fall into the trap of thinking we’ll start tomorrow. That’s where one of my favourite quotes by writer Karen Lamb comes in handy as a reminder – “A year from now you will wish you had started today.”
I hope this 30-Day Challenge has been an interesting and valuable exercise for you. Thank you for your participation!
